I've noticed recently that the ads on TV, Radio, and Billboards seem to be increasing for weight loss surgery, mainly the Lap Band. The main pitch they are making now is to due this procedure before changes come to health care. It is still your choice to release weight by developing a healthier lifestyle instead of going for a quick fix or magic bullet.

Change of Seasons
The change of Season is almost upon us. In many ways it is already Fall for many people with School and Football already under way.
