Don't skip breakfast and don't fill up on carbs only

Ah, a balanced breakfast. You can almost smell the eggs, bacon or sausage cooking as you pop the bread into the toaster. You enjoy some fresh fruit along with a glass of milk. Getting unstuck

A number of years ago I was driving a pickup truck late at night off road and hit some soft sand and got stuck. After several attempts to go forwards and backwards I found that was getting stuck deeper than I was and each attempt made it worse.  This same thing happens in our lives. They even went so far as to blame the outbreak on the increasing number of parents choosing not to vaccinate their children. This led to fear, fear, and more fear, as well as more confusion. Because you are more likely to wrestle with whether to vaccinate your children (or yourself) when a new school year starts, I’d like to share some information that you may not know about pertussis and give you some insights about the HPV (human papilloma virus) and meningitis vaccine...Read more at Christiane Northrup.com
