Overcoming adversity
This Blog is usually about your health and with a title of Overcoming Adversity, you might think it is not about health. Well you are right, however facing challenges in your life can affect your wellness or well being and eventually affect your health.
Everyone goes through difficult times and how you react is what defines your character. Recently I was reading the story of Job and everyone around him was telling him how bad his life was and the best thing for him would be to just deny God and die. We know that Job held true and ended up prospering throughout the rest of his life.

Vitamin D: An essential nutrient
When vitamins were first discovered in the early 20th century, Vitamin D was found to help cure the childhood bone disease Rickets. Today there is a Vitamin D deficiency in children once again and Rickets is making a comeback.

Exercise : The first step
Some people can hear the word exercise and it makes them tired. Exercise should be more than making a trip to the refrigerator or even worse the 12 ounce curls. Everyone knows they should do something but are often confused about what to do or do not have a gym membership or equipment at home.
There are a number of ways to get started. We have two ways for you to begin. The first comes from Celebrity Trainer and USANA Spokesperson Kathy Kaehler.
