Are you living with Pre diabetes?

Many of us know someone with type 1 or type 2 Diabetes. It is a degenerative disease that develops over a period of several years in most adults and robs the individual of quality of life slowly. Type 1 Diabetes is often referred to as Juvenile Diabetes and is the exception when children are born with it. Since most cases of Diabetes in adults come about over years, it's not just like someone flipped a switch and you now have Diabetes. There are a few terms used to describe someone that does not currently have Diabetes but could develop it in the future. Metabolic Syndrome, Insulin resistance, and even Pre Diabetes are now being  presented to patients that could develop Diabetes.
