Rainy Days and Monday used to get people down. Mondays are also the day of the week when most people begin a diet or fitness program. Our Monday Blogs will focus on getting in shape, exercise, sports and other ways to improve your fitness. This week we have two ways to begin swimming and using technology.
The Dogs day of Summer seem to bark a little less when we can take a dip in the pool. Swimming is also a good way to get your workouts in, especially when the temperature is to hot for any other type of workout. You can do casual swimming which is low impact if you have joint or knee pain. You can also take it to the level of people that are in the best shape of their lives.
