Recently, we shared a couple of video clips on Facebook that was an interview with Elizabeth Strand. She is the wife of Dr. Ray Strand and has battled fibromyalgia and chronic pain for many years. I have lived with fibromyalgia for over 30 years. No, I don’t have fibromyalgia; however, my wife certainly does. When she married a physician, she thought her health would improve. Boy was she wrong. Every year her health became worse and worse. She stated that she felt like she was 60 or 70 years old when she was only 40.
