Everyday many people are looking at the food choices they are making and finding ways to make better ones. There are several ways that food manufacturers and restaurants are helping by listing the nutritional value on packages and menus. What if you think you are making a healthy choice for a meal but find out later it wasn't as healthy as you thought?
Ever since we joined USANA, I have had the chance to meet many great Doctors that focus more on maintaining wellness than treating a disease Dr. Karen Wolfe in one of those Doctors. Recently I had the privilege of introducing Dr. Wolfe at an event here in Orange County. She teaches of a balance with body, mind, and spirit.
