Recently I have found out that a good friend has Diabetes, another has Fibromyalgia, one has a heart condition, while another spent a couple of weeks in the hospital with Meningitis. All of them are now reacting to the diseases and adjusting their lifestyles. On the other hand others are living and aging well. One friend was recently chosen to be the Spokesperson for Active Aging for Fitball. When it comes to your choices in your life, especially your health, it is better to be proactive than reactive.
