As I write this I just completed a personal weight loss goal. It was to lose 20 pounds by my anniversary tomorrow(September 8). It was done with the help of USANA Shakes and Protein Snacks. There was also a focus on exercise, getting enough sleep, supplementation, and eating right.

Learning that you might have days that not only keep you from staying on track but if enough are done together it can put weight back on(duh).
It started with five days on the USANA Reset then moved on to two shakes a day and low glycemic meals. My Wife Sonia started this journey with me and she lost 12 pounds. We walked together and I walked at work with a co worker.
During this time we learned some lessons about making meals with good taste and healthy choices. There are several factors that contribute to success or failure. It doesn't have to end since we hit our goal. Everyone has life situations where your choices of food are not the best for maintaining good health. One day will not affect your overall outcome. If you pick up the following day you will have a greater chance of maintaining your optimal weight and healthy life balance.
