Don't skip breakfast and don't fill up on carbs only

Ah, a balanced breakfast. You can almost smell the eggs, bacon or sausage cooking as you pop the bread into the toaster. You enjoy some fresh fruit along with a glass of milk. Some of these may not be the healthiest but you do get the proteins and fats needed to compliment the carbs. Many weekday breakfasts(if eaten at all) consist mainly of carbs.
