Food relationships matter

Perhaps you have heard that our nation is overfed and undernourished. Our eating habits have changed since even our parents generation. There are several reasons which include eating more fast food, eating more processed foods, portion size and much more. All of these factors plus a lack of exercise can lead to health issues such heart disease, diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure arthritis, some cancers, and even mental health.
 Dr. Heather Tick practices Integrative Medicine, is an author, and was a member of the USANA Scientific Advisory Panel last year. She recently wrote about our our relationship to food.
